What are Imports?

• Imports are goods and services that we buy from other countries.
• Money Leaves Ireland.

  Why do we Import?

• To obtain goods that are not available in Ireland. E.g Coffee and Oil.

• To avail of Services not available in Ireland. E.g Pop Groups, Holidays.

Oil

When concerts are held in Ireland and the singer or band are not from Ireland they too are also imports.

 

Cars are Imports.
